Pokemon Go Avatar Creator Update

I was Lead Character Artist for the Feature Team working on Avatar feature updates in a collaboration between Very Very Spaceship and Niantic. I worked with a small art team comprised of character artists and tech artists to plan and develop new features for Avatar customization including: full body deformation that works with entire back catalog of clothing and accessories, facial feature customization, expanded skin color options, and new hair styles with physics. I drove planning for and wrote large amounts of planning documentation for all new features and coordinated with Niantic leadership on execution of the new features and assets. I created new concept art for all body type extremes needed for the full deformation system, as well as contributing to the deformation target models themselves. I also helped convert the hundreds of clothing and accessory assets to allow for deformation in the updated Avatar system.
